Brian and his team at Black Grouse recently catered for my village hall wedding, and I cannot recommend them enough. From the planning stages Brian was professional and listened to the theme / service style we were looking for, made helpful suggestions I hadn’t thought of myself, all whilst considering quality, budget and dietary requirements.
The meal for 100 included canapés, family style platters, a trio of dessert and an evening buffet of chilli and nachos. All courses were well executed, wonderfully tasty and the presentation was great too. Our guests were delighted with the quality of meal produced from a modest village hall kitchen.

We hired Brian to cater for a family getaway in the Scottish Highlands, we were difficult customers with lots of dietary requirements.
Brian did an incredible job, everyone was delighted with the food quality and flavours. I was anxious about bringing a chef into the lodge, worried it would feel awkward. Brian’s laid-back personality put us all at ease and he had lots of time for my guests.
